Marisa & Monica: A Long Friendship

We have been friends for over 20 years, and in that time have facilitated countless gatherings, epic and intimate.

Destination events for multiple families including all logistics, camping trips for 40 people, week-long summer camps for youth groups of over 100 participants, and innumerable weddings, birthday celebrations, and large-scale annual gatherings in between. 


From the smallest detail to the big picture, we have a vision and a plan!

Career Experience

We both have career experience in retail merchandising and management, which has only added to our flexibility to achieve any look on any budget, and are well-trained in accomplishing the goal with the resources available! Add that to our many years of facilitating countless weddings and other gatherings, and we are ready to take on your design or coordination challenge!

Marisa: Owner, Wedding Planner/Coordinator.

15+ years of Retail Management in a home decor setting has set Marisa (aka "Reese")  up for success in managing details, people, and chaos at the same time... all while making the environment beautiful! 


Loves making couples able to enjoy their day without stress, putting out fires before anyone knows they've started!


Regularly works miracles to achieve the look you're envisioning with whatever you've got!


Also ordained as an officiant... just in case!

rachel: assistant planner/coordinator

Rachel is an Assistant to the Coordinators.  


She is detail focused and can look at problems from several angles to figure out the best solution! Every place setting will be picture-perfect when set by Rachel!

eric: assistant coordinator/bussing lead.

Eric supports the team as Assistant to the Coordinators and Bussing/Serving Team Lead. 


Has been known as the "hardest working guy in the room" on numerous occasions!

grant: assistant coordinator, logistics/bussing/Rentals assistant.

Grant is an Assistant to the Coordinators and a Busser. 


Excellent at solving problems and thinking logistically. 

jon: bartender, officiant, musician

Jon is a PDX local and is our go-to for bartending (he can create a custom cocktail for your event), officiating (ordained and open to all ceremony types), singer, waterfall hiker, and generally good guy. 


Licensed in Oregon and Washington, Jon is the resident mixologist on Portland's KATU, Channel 2, and has appeared on TV stations across the country hundreds of times. He is the 2017 Bite of Oregon Iron Mixologist champion, and designs craft cocktails for bars and restaurants all across the United States.  


Ordained by the Universal Life Church, Jon is one of two of our officiants on the team. 

emily: assistant to the coordinator

Emily is an Assistant to the Coordinators and a Busser. 


She is First Aid Certified and a Nurse. 

kalin: assistant to the coordinator

Kalin is an Assistant to the Coordinators, mostly helping with events in Central Oregon.
