We have been friends for over 25 years, and in that time have facilitated countless gatherings, epic and intimate.
Destination events for multiple families including all logistics, camping trips for 40 people, week-long summer camps for youth groups of over 100 participants, and innumerable weddings, birthday celebrations, and large-scale annual gatherings in between.

We both have career experience in retail merchandising and management, which has only added to our flexibility to achieve any look on any budget, and are well-trained in accomplishing the goal with the resources available! She is detail focused and can look at problems from several angles to figure out the best solution! Every place setting will be picture-perfect when set by Rachel!
Riley knows the ropes and has learned many aspects of coordination and logistics, she helps out when not in school!
Kalin is a Coordination assistant that has been working with us for several years! She is excellent at memorizing names and faces and important details!
