Frequently Asked Questions

Assigned space size will be based on weather, if everyone needs to be indoors you will be asked to make your booth size as small as possible. 

If you are renting a plastic folding table you can expect it to be set up in your designated area prior to your assigned load-in time. You will need to provide an appropriate tablecloth (or rent one) for your table. A 6' table requires a 90" x 132" and an 8' table requires a 90" x 156".

If you are renting a venue table we will move it into your designated space prior to your assigned load-in time. These tables are heavy, so if you anticipate needing to make adjustments to how your table is placed within your space, we recommend bringing extra hands to assist you as we cannot guarantee that show staff will be available.

Our host venue Eagles Nest Reserve Vineyard and Winery requires that events held in their venue purchase all wine from ENR. No additional venues, vineyards or wineries will be accepted for representation in the show.

Only venue-approved bartending companies or mobile bars will be invited to the show this year.
