Day-Of Coordinator

Your big day should be one you can enjoy and remember for all the fun you had, not for all the things you had to keep track of, so let us handle the wrangling of your vendors and participants!


Our Day-Of package includes your rehearsal, so we can ensure everyone is where they should be at the right time. All you have to do is HAVE FUN!


Our basic Day-Of Package includes:

One or two Coordinators for Rehearsal,  a team of Coordinators for Day of Event (based on number of guests, wedding participants and vendors).


Prior to Event Day:

  • Creation and distribution of Wedding day timeline for all parties. 
  • Communication with Venue and Vendors regarding time in/out requirements.
  • Assistance in creating Ceremony order and flow as needed.
  • Rehearsal management.
  • Tour Venue with Client and Venue Contact sometime within 30 days of event, to confirm layout and other Venue specific details. (Not always possible, based on location of event.)


Day of Event:

  • Ensure payment of Vendor tips and balances
  • Provide Event Emergency Kit (see detailed list on separate document)
  • Ensure Vendors are set up in assigned locations at appropriate times
  • Work with Venue Contact to coordinate parking management if needed
  • Manage/facilitate Guestbook as needed
  • Coordinate seating of guests and special guests
  • Ceremony Management
  • (start people down the aisle at the right time, start musicians or DJ at the right time, etc.)
  • Manage late arriving guests for least disruption
  • Confirm placement of rings, marriage certificate, etc.

Reception Management

  • Dismissal of tables for buffet (unless they are being served)
  • Provide direction & timing to Emcee/DJ for first dance, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss, departure, etc. 
  • Facilitate vendor cleanup & leaving with minimal disruption.
  • Coordination of gift & card collection, safety & transportation. 
  • Ensure Venue is left in condition agreed on in Venue contract.


Pricing starts at $850 for Rehearsal and Day-Of services. Prices are based on number of guests, number of people in your Wedding Party, and number of Vendors.  There are additional Day-Of services available for an additional fee, please contact us for a sample contract so we can tailor your package to meet your needs.


Travel fees may apply if over 35 miles or multiple visits to the venue are required.

Wedding Planner

Need someone to handle ALL of the details from start to finish?  We've got it handled!


With our years of experience and many local area connections, we know someone in every field and can hand-pick the perfect team of vendors!


Our Basic Wedding Planner Package includes everything listed in the Day-Of Coordination Package.  


In addition to Day-Of duties, the Coordinator can do the following:

  • Help set a budget and advise on how to stay within it.  We help you decide which things are most important so you know where to cut and where to spend.
  • Assist in choosing/recommend vendors that can meet your budget, make sure they receive their deposits and payments on time.
  • Be the main point of contact between you and your vendors, so you aren’t having to think about all the things all the time. It’s our job to foresee issues and get the info needed from the vendors to solve the problems, without having to bring you into it. This doesn’t mean you aren’t consulted, it just means we put out fires and don’t bother you about them unless absolutely necessary! 
  • Wedding Visual Design: understand your vision for theme, style & color, execute the plan. May include  organizing and sourcing décor items, organizing the team that does the décor setup (finding out from the Venue what time people can show up, determine how long it should take to do the decorating, make it happen on time!) 
  • (If desired) be the main point of contact between you and your attendants, for wedding-related things. Help facilitate everyone in your wedding party getting their outfits arranged, tailored if needed, and paid for well in advance so there are no last-minute attire issues! Help them with any other logistics if they are coming from out of town: rental car, travel, lodging, where to get their nails done, places to eat, etc.  And most importantly, ensure they know the times for all their obligations (rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, day-of duties, etc) so they show up when needed!
  • Educate the Maid of Honor and Best Man to know what their responsibilities are and advise them. 
  • Help set up logistics for any out of town guests: recommend travel, lodging, etc. If you need to rent a block of hotel rooms somewhere we are the ones that does the legwork to negotiate a group rate, etc. If guests needs recommendations on entertainment or restaurants while in town I can provide a list of things to see and places to eat!
  • Help you choose what ceremony elements are important to you and how to incorporate them. Work with the Officiant to create the flow of the ceremony.
  • Ask the right questions in advance so you don’t get to a month from the wedding and panic because you didn’t have any idea a certain thing would be an issue. 


Pricing starts at $1050 (this includes the Day-Of fee/services mentioned above) and is based on number of guests, number in Wedding Party, number of vendors, and Wedding Date.  Keep in mind this fee is for the countless hours we spend with you by email, phone, in person, and time spent on the phone with members of the wedding party, venue, vendors, etc. 


Travel fees may apply if over 35 miles.
